1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkr398 website or mobile platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you are confirming that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. • The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Requests below this amount will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum threshold.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name matching your pkr398 account details.
• Before your first withdrawal, pkr398 may require identity verification documents. Providing accurate documents promptly will avoid delays.

6Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.

7Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of pkr398 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, football, esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pkr398.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and accepted, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• pkr398 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will generally stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific sport and competition rules may vary.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network transmission and system processing times. pkr398 is not liable for bets placed on events where the outcome is already known due to broadcast delay at the player's end.
• For cricket matches: if a match is abandoned due to weather or other factors before the minimum number of overs required for a result is reached, bets on match winner markets will be voided unless Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method produces an official result.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets involving voided selections will have those legs removed and the accumulator recalculated with the remaining selections.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are stated in the specific sports section of the platform.
• Any bet suspected of being connected to match fixing, spot fixing or any form of corrupt activity will be voided and the matter reported. pkr398 has zero tolerance for involvement in corrupt sporting activity.

8Casino and Games Rules

The casino section of pkr398 includes live casino tables, online slots, table games and fish shooting games. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer processes as applicable.

• All casino game results on pkr398 are final once the game round is completed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, pkr398's system records will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. The result recorded in the system is considered final.

• Sharing login credentials with other players or betting syndicates.

10Responsible Gaming

12Limitation of Liability

13Account Termination
